Job Description
The Environmental Specialist will manage business unit-facing information flow and play a crucial role in supporting carbon neutral initiatives. This role involves maintaining project information, managing tools like Asana and Salesforce, and ensuring proper documentation and task tracking.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the initial framework and content for quarterly business unit syncs.Keep project-level information up to date in the Asana pipeline.Manage document storage and organization for science reviews, including project documents and analysis results.Oversee project management tools such as Asana and Salesforce.Track outstanding questions and tasks related to carbon abatement projects and commodities.Translate email requests from sustainability experts into task tracking with assigned owners, deadlines, and follow-ups.Update program health metrics regularly.Organize files and documentation to support the assurance process.Compile project expenditure information and submit it to Finance.Manage the approvals workflow by queuing approvals post-science reviews and ensuring all documentation is complete before submission.Essential SkillsProficiency in GHG accounting and carbon footprint analysis.Strong skills in program management.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Asana and Salesforce is highly beneficial.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95.00 - $150.00/hr.
