Total Number of Openings 1 Chevron is accepting online applications for the position through **07/27/2025** at **11:59 p.m.** ( **GMT - 3** ). **Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:** + Provides environmental field compliance support for Oil & Gas operations in Argentina. + Provides technical consultation to the workforce, project teams and leadership on a wide range of environmental matters spanning the design, fabrication, installation, operations and decommissioning of Chevron assets. + Demonstrate competency in interpreting environmental regulations and interacting with regulatory agency representatives. + Provide guidance in environmental field compliance including spill & air emission reporting, waste management; preferred working knowledge of Argentina regulations. + Handle multiple projects/activities and managing competing priorities, including the tracking and delivery of key actions assigned. + Advise on compliance actions, permit preparation and regulatory submittals. + Demonstrate experience in implementing programs of compliance in an operating environment including safeguard verification activities. **Required Qualifications:** + Degree in an environment related field of study. Preferred Environmental engineering. + +10 years of experience in the environmental field, Oil and Gas industry. + Advanced or fluent English level. + Understanding of Argentina regulations and a working knowledge of environmental regulations is required + Demonstrate understanding of environmental compliance/permitting and ability to communicate requirements effectively and simplify complex regulatory issues. + Capable of working effectively in teams and across functions to deliver results. + Ability to be direct, decisive and accountable and consistent with our Chevron Way values. + Display initiative and a self-starter attitude, setting priorities and maintaining a high level of accomplishment. + Demonstrated ability to achieve exceptional results. **Special Considerations** + Flexibility to travel to the assets/field (mostly El Trapial, Neuquén). **Relocation Options:** Relocation **is not** offered for this role. Only local candidates will be considered. **International Considerations:** Expatriate assignments **will not be** considered.
