ERM is seeking Environmental & Social Consultants to join our consultancy team in Buenos Aires, Argentina or Santiago, Chile.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality technical work in Environmental & Social impact assessments, new project development, and/or operational support.Support preparation of ESIAs and permitting documents, environmental and social management plans, and site-level performanceContribute to stakeholder engagement and baseline studies.Coordinate with multi-disciplinary project teams.Ensure compliance with national and international standards (e.g., IFC).

Requirements:

Degree in Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences, or related field.Experience working in remote environments and mining operations3+ years of experience depending on level.Experience working in complex Environmental & Social projects in Latin America.Strong writing and analytical skills.Fluent Spanish and good English skills required.
