All the while, we'll provide you with opportunities to keep advancing your career. **A caregiver in this position works days, 7:00am-3:30pm.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Supervise the functions, daily operations and caregivers in the Environmental Services department. + Provide effective utilization of personnel, policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe and attractive environment. + Continuously inspect assigned areas to ensure high quality cleaning and maintenance is being performed. + Maintain staffing levels and approve and schedule paid time off and leave requests. + Ensure cross coverage. + Coordinate and provide orientation, education and training. + Improve procedures and processes.
