This role will support the on-site Director. **Hours will be** **11:00am – 7:30pm, Sunday -Thursday** **(schedule may vary per needs of business).** The successful candidate will be responsible for system management, patient experience software, standards of practice, training, and orientation. Overall responsible for strategic analysis of trends and metrics involved in patient feedback to create action and communication surrounding solutions. **What You'll Do** + Implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to improve customer satisfaction. + Interact with patients and the nursing staff. + Customer Service Training for our front-line staff + Conducting patient ready room inspections and patient surveys + Participates and adds value to hospital committees as necessary (i.e. Patient Satisfaction Committee, Nursing, Administration, HCAHPS Committee, etc.) **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
