We are seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 2 for UNC Health Southeastern Hospital, part of UNC Health System, located in Lumberton, NC. This unit has has over 300 licensed beds and will oversee a staff of 3 Managers, 3 Supervisors and approximately 80 FTEs. The lead candidate will work Day Shift and be responsible for the implementation of Environmental Services Sodexo programs & procedures. Employee engagement, patient satisfaction scores and bed turnaround time are some of the metrics this manager will be responsible for in their role.  

What You'll Do Driving Patient Satisfaction Scores and attaining KPI results monthly, quarterly and yearlyProvide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff for all areas of the operation.Works closely with the Infectious Control department. OR and other departments of the facilityA strong focus on department initiativesResponsible for driving client satisfactionIs seen as a leader and can drive projects and initiatives through sound strategic methodologyEffectively manage the Unit Operating System;Support a diverse and inclusive workforce.  What We Offer

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
