Sodexo is seeking our Environmental Services-Custodial Operations Manager 2 for our client partners at University of St Joesph's in West Hartford, CT.   Our successful candidate will walk around the entire campus, help hands on with general custodial work, and inspect work daily to meet Annual Audit expectations, have experience managing sanitation for up to 15 buildings and demonstrated history of excellent team building experience. COVID Response, KRONOS Maximo experience are preferred.

What You'll Do Drive positive client and student satisfaction scoresAssign, schedule and inspect all sanitation processesManage equipment, supplies and strategy including Floor Machines provide a clean and safe environment for faculty, students and staff   Manage the 1st and 2nd shift with a great team who work well together

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
