Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Manager for Adventist Health Glendale Medical Center, located in Glendale, California. Adventist Health Glendale is a 515-bed campus with 4 buildings. This position will managing a total group of 105. The manager will manage Environmental Services and Linen Distribution for this opportunity working 2nd Shift, with some weekends and Holidays.  This position will report to an operations manager on-site.  

What You'll Do be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;  provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;  lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives; tasked with scheduling and using Kronos for payroll;effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or support a diverse and inclusive workforce.  What We Offer

What You Bring ability to develop and motivate a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service and the technical execution of a housekeeping system;expertise in building and maintaining strong customer / client relationships;strong leadership skills and can work independently to drive program compliance;1-3 years previous custodial or housekeeping experience preferably in a hospital environment or hotels & commercial cleaning;experience with floorcare; floorcare projects;the ability to communicate with all levels of leadership and staffstrong proficiency with computers and other technology; MS Office; payroll; timekeeping; bed-tracking systems;ability to work a 2nd shift; 2:00pm - 12:00am, Monday - Friday with some weekends and Holidays.
