The incumbent must have experience and working knowledge in UST prevention and corrective action statutes, rules, and regulations to determine requirements for UST data, data flow and databases. The incumbent must possess an information technology background and be experienced in managing the flow of data from collection to reporting. The incumbent must have experience with various Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) databases that support the UST prevention and corrective action programs.
