\t\t\t\t\tThe client's Water & Natural Resources Group is seeking a highly skilled and technically experienced Senior Project Manager to support our growing portfolio of sediment and upland remediation projects, based in Michigan, but will support the Great Lakes Region. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience and will be expected to deliver a strong cost/benefit return.Responsibilities o\tLead and manage complex remediation projects involving contaminated sediment and upland sites.o\tServe as a technical lead or senior technical reviewer for projects, including those involving beneficial reuse or coastal resilience strategies.o\tProvide mentoring and supervision to junior and mid-level staff to support technical growth and project excellence.o\tApply scientific or engineering expertise to investigate and remediate contaminated soil, sediment, groundwater, and surface water.o\tDevelop and execute site characterization plans, including preparation of QAPPs/FSPs in accordance with EPA guidelines.o\tManage sediment, soil, and water sampling programs, including coordination with certified laboratories.o\tContribute to all phases of project development—from feasibility and treatability studies to remedial design and construction oversight.o\tEngage with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and long-term relationships.Company is located in Michigan, and would prefer someone either in MI or another Great Lakes state, but if someone is qualified, they would definitely consider a fully remote person.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
