Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. Northrop Grumman Aeronautics is seeking a **Environmental, Health & Safety Manager 2** for our **Iuka, MS** site. This position will be responsible for overall ESHM program management at the Iuka, MS site, including Fire Protection and the on-site Medical Clinic. Responsibilities include developing, interpreting, recommending, and complying with environmental, health and safety regulations and/or company policies. Assisting in planning for changes in physical facilities to meet new EHS regulations. Providing input to federal and state regulators through trade associations and industry groups for the writing and revision of regulations. Responsible for providing objective-oriented direction to subordinates utilizing management guidelines & general policies. Specific functional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Manages Environmental, Safety, Health and Medical (ESHM) programs and staff for the Iuka, MS site. + Engages with site and program leadership to foster ESHM culture across the site. + Collaborates with sector ESHM Director and other site ESHM Managers to progress harmonization of company ESHM policies and procedures. + Fosters teamwork with a focus on continuous improvement and employee development. + Manages to site budget and identifies opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. **Basic Qualifications:** + BS degree – Engineering, Environmental, Health, Safety, Physical Science or similar with at least 7 years of EHS experience + 5+ years of leadership experience + Must have strong management, coaching, and collaboration skills. + Must have strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. + Ability to work independently, multi-task with strong facilitation skills. + Mid-level or higher proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. + Ability to obtain/maintain DoD Clearance and Program Clearance Our Leaders at Northrop Grumman live our values daily and encourage our teams to do the same. **_We do the right thing:_** upholding the highest ethical standards and facilitating a safe and respectful environment that attracts, retains, and inspires a diverse and engaged team. **_We do what we promise:_** holding yourself and others accountable to meet predictable and balanced results. **_We commit to shared success:_** operating as OneNG and removing barriers for our teams. Primary Level Salary Range: $105,800.00 - $158,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
