The Role As an Environmental (Regulatory/Compliance) Managing Associate in this national team, you will: · Join a multi-disciplinary group of environmental lawyers, planning lawyers, and consultants advising on high-profile matters across the development, energy and waste sectors. · Work alongside a Chambers and Legal 500 ranked partner on complex advisory and regulatory matters including environmental permitting, waste regulation, pollution incidents, contaminated land, and climate change. · Provide strategic compliance advice and risk management support, including in relation to environmental criminal defence. · Support corporate and real estate transactions with environmental due diligence and risk allocation advice. · Advise a diverse client base including national housebuilders, energy operators, manufacturers, regulators, local authorities, and utilities providers. · Benefit from a supportive, collaborative and ambitious team environment committed to professional development and sector leadership.
