Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for an Environmental, Health and Safety Specialist to join Maintenance Operations team.
This is your role. What part will you play?
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist, preferably within a manufacturing or railway company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing safety standards, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
The key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Develop and implement EHS plans aligned with Siemens Mobility and client requirements. Coordinate EHS activities and ensure staff compliance with relevant regulations. Conduct safety walks and inspections to identify risks and recommend corrective actions. Oversee environmental monitoring and review safety documentation. Investigate incidents, accidents, and occupational illnesses with relevant stakeholders. Organize and lead EHS training sessions (e.g., 5S, chemical safety, emergency drills). Submit required safety reports to government agencies.Use your skills to move the world forward.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline, along with certification as a professional-level Safety. Professional relevant experience, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or railway project environments. Strong understanding of environmental health and safety regulations and industry standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities. Proven ability to assess risks and implement effective safety solutions. Flexibility to work night shifts as required during the construction phase.
