You will serve as one of the Lead EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) team members by conducting monthly training sessions, audits, and meetings to promote awareness and continuous improvement.You will investigate workplace incidents using root-cause analysis tools to identify underlying causes and implement robust corrective and preventive measures. Share lessons-learned across the business.Perform risk assessments of workplace ergonomics, equipment, process safety, and operational processes to identify and mitigate potential hazards to personnel, facilities, and the environment.Design and implement safety programs, including training classes, standard operating procedures, and policies that support 24/7 production operations.You will enjoy working on the production floor by performing regular audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of safety initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.You have proven capability of developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures.You have experience with promoting a culture of safety through behavioral based safety programs and techniques.Design and execute small to medium scale safety improvement projects around the plant by utilizing your technical background.
