Monitor environment and sustainability system & activities to ensure the performance of environment & sustainability program & driving activities.
Environment impact assessment (EIA)
Coordinate and support on sustainability & environment impact assessment process based on local laws and HEINEKEN regulations, ISO 14001 requirement.
Monitor Brewery’s activities based on the EIA.
Environment & Sustainability Compliance
Implement process of managing legal and HEINEKEN compliance.
Update new regulatory, local and HEINEKEN rules, standards.
Communicate environment & sustainability behaviour, consequences & discipline.
Share available good practices for continuous improvement.
Environment & Sustainability Behavior & Culture
Conduct training on specific Environment & Sustainability Behavior & Culture aspects such as Energy & Water reduction, Environment protection, visible commitment, and leadership in environment & sustainability from the top of the organisation to ensure a positive safety culture.
Environment & Sustainability Training
Ensure training plan is established and training activities are conducted as planned.
TPM and continuous improvement
Support for TPM activities as a member of Environment & Sustainability Pillar.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve Environment & Sustainability Culture.
Lead and support for improvement activities regarding environment & sustainability.
