The Boeing Company is currently seeking an **Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Senior Manager** to join the team in **Everett, WA** . This is an exciting opportunity to lead a multi-disciplined EHS team at the largest factory in the world! **Position Responsibilities:** + Manages and integrates employee activities across more than one, occupational health, safety, and environmental discipline + Manages the planning and implementation of occupational health and safety, environmental programs/processes, environmental property assessment and remediation, chemical analysis, evaluation of chemical processing activities and/or related support functions + Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives + Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements + Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports + Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes + Manages, develops and motivates employees **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + Bachelors’ degree or higher + 5+ years of experience in leading teams in a formal and/or informal role + 5+ years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Certified Safety Professional (CSP) **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. **Pay & Benefits:** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
