Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Generalist to support environmental, health, and safety programs in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This part-time role involves developing and managing compliance programs, conducting inspections, leading safety initiatives, and delivering training to employees and contractors.

ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage EHS programs, including environmental compliance, safety training, and industrial hygiene.Conduct inspections, investigations, and root cause analyses to ensure safety standards are met.Support injury reduction, sustainability, and behavioral safety initiatives.Interpret and apply standards set by OSHA, EPA, and ANSI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture.Essential SkillsProven experience in EHS management, with 1-3 years of relevant experience.Strong knowledge of Cal/OSHA and EPA regulations.Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.CHMM certification preferred.Familiarity with ISO standards and safety audits.Work Environment

The role is set within a dynamic manufacturing environment where safety and compliance are top priorities. The position is part-time, offering flexibility in hours. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
