Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical and Electronic (E&E) to lead the design and integration of advanced FOTA features with focus on domain controller architecture for BODY and GATEWAY. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end software architecture decisions for next-generation Domain Controller in Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs), ensuring scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and design of Domain Controller ECU with focus on BODY and GATEWAY in SDV platformsDefine and review system and software architecture for Domain ControllerCollaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, cybersecurity, diagnostic and cloud services to deliver integrated vehicle solutionsEvaluate and define software interfaces, data exchange formats, and communication strategies between ECUs and central computer platformsEnsure compliance with automotive standardsParticipate in platform development planning, toolchain selection, and development processes in a CI/CD environmentPerform architectural reviews and provide technical leadership to internal and supplier development teams.Work closely with validation and verification teams to ensure robust testing and diagnostics of gateway and related ECU functions

Work Experience

Primary Skills/Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or related field.8+ years of experience in automotive embedded systems, with at least 3 years in an architecture role.Deep Understanding of vehicle network architecture and multi-ECU interactionsExpertise in protocols such CAN, UDS, DoIP, Flexray, MOST, ethernet etcExperience in system engineering- workflowsKnowledge of FOTA/OTA/SOTA frameworkFamiliarity with cloud-based artifacts arrangement /deploymentExcellent Documentation (excel/word/ppt) Good software architecture skill (UML)Communication and stakeholder management

 

Preferred (Secondary) Skills

Familiarity with Software component / ECU integration stepsKnowledge of Ethernet-based communication (e.g., SOME/IP, DoIP)Experience with cloud-connected vehicle platformsAUTOSAR (Classic or Adaptive) architecture design and implementation experience
