70% DIG DC Daily Operations Management:
• Manage the daily Inbound and Outbound & C-return operations at multiple digital sites
• Collaboratively work with cross-functions and logistics service providers to fulfill the key consumer events.
• Continuously drive productivity improvement for better cost efficiency
• Focus on site based operations and elevate the standard of performance
• Work closely with internal control and external audit to accomplish the audit tasks.
• Cooperate with LCP & MSC team for execute Off-season returns

• Handle monthly/weekly/daily DC demand & capacity with internal cross-functional teams & external logistics service providers
• Manage 3PL monthly KPI performance review
• Support with sustainability target (CO2 emission reduction).

• Others: exceptional cases handling
Requirement:
Minimum of 3 years working experience in the warehousing and distribution areas, digital retail industry is preferred.Technical:
Basic knowledge of WMS and SAPStrong skill of data analysis, reporting, excel and PPTRelevant experiences of DC operationsCommunication/Language:
Effective communication skillFluent in both spoken and written English
