Job Title: Tax Associate

Job Description

Join a dynamic and fast-growing team as a Tax Associate, where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the indirect tax department. You will play a crucial role in preparing indirect tax filings and reconciling payments, with the chance to expand your knowledge in both indirect and income tax, as well as special projects.

Responsibilities

Prepare indirect tax filings accurately and timely.Research accounts payable invoices to ensure correct tax payments.Reconcile payments from tax filings to maintain financial accuracy.

Requirements

Strong knowledge in Accounting, Sales Tax, Finance, and Reporting.Proficiency in Tax Return preparation, Reconciliation, and Tax Accounting.Experience with Sales & Use Tax and General Ledger management.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is required.

Work Environment

You will be part of a team of six professionals, with four focusing on the indirect side and two on special tax projects. The role offers exposure to indirect, income tax, and special projects. The team operates in a hybrid work environment, working three days in the office and two days from home.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
