Position Summary:

We are in search of an individual who has great communication skills to help our Sales Department find the best talent. You will be conducting virtual interviews, and answering candidate questions throughout the hiring process.

Essential Duties:

Conduct virtual interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organizationCommunicate with applicants via phone, email, and textBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent for current and future sales positionsNavigate systems for scheduling across multiple calendarsKeep commitments to sales reps and coworkers
