Our Direct Marketing Associates are the first interaction with new customers, and they generate leads by offering free in-home consultations. The Role - What you will be doing: - Report to our office in Farmingdale daily to meet with your team. - Travel to and from our office to neighborhoods in a company vehicle. - Diligently work to generate qualified sales leads in assigned territory. - Understand our products and services to educate our potential customers. - Represent Renewal by Andersen with utmost degree of professionalism. - Work independently and with a team. The Person - What we are looking for: - High energy/outgoing personality with professionalism and a strong work ethic - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and multitasking skills - Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or other related fields is a PLUS, but not necessary! - Positive attitude and mindset through rejection - Self-motivated with negotiation skills and results oriented.
