Entry Level Procurement Analyst

BGS is searching for an Entry Level Procurement Analyst to join the Government Training Supplier Management team in Hazelwood, MO.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

Assists in the development and deployment of internal/external process improvements, organization initiatives and projects/procurement activities. Assists with the maintenance of processes and systems. Assists with Customer Contract Closeout activitiesUtilizes procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis. Supports the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics, supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysis.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience): 

Minimum of 1 year experience Microsoft ExcelExperience working cross functional teamsExperience with government contracts

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 

Experience with COGNOS, SCARS, CCSBasic business acumen

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience)

Summary pay range: 54,400 - 73,600
