What You'll Do as a Pallet Builder:

Gather materials for daily work orders.Fit parts together to construct and assemble wooden pallets.Use basic hand tools or nail guns for assembly.Inspect finished pallets to ensure they meet quality standards.Stack completed pallets.Work in a team environment where safety and speed matter.

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Mechanically inclined or experience with hand toolsPhysically capable of standing, lifting, and working on your feetWilling to work in a sawmill-style environment (dusty, loud, and fast-paced)Team player with a strong work ethicNeed to be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling.
