What You'll Do as an Entry-level Packer:

You will play a vital role in ensuring that printing ribbons are finished and packaged efficiently.Manually finish printing ribbons at various stations, including slitting & splicing, attaching take-up cores, banding & packaging, and cartoning/boxing.Rotate between stations throughout your shift to ensure smooth operations.Identify areas for improvement in productivity and cost reduction.Foster positive communication and collaboration within your work area.Operate production machinery and perform duties associated with the Machine Operator role (as needed).

Work Experience

Have previous packaging or assembly experienceHave a strong attention to detail and a commitment to qualityHave excellent communication and interpersonal skillsEnjoy working in a fast-paced environmentNeed to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, or repetitively carry loads of up to 35 lbs.
