As an Entry-Level Manufacturing Worker, you’ll be part of a team that keeps production moving by:

Handling raw materials and finished goods manuallyLoading, unloading, and positioning reels of cable or wireThreading wire through machines using eye-hand coordination and fine motor skillsOperating or assisting with machinery in respooling, packaging, or Compak operationsPerforming visual inspections and quality checksPacking products by hand and preparing them for shipmentCompleting production reports and maintaining a clean, safe workspaceExpect physical, hands-on work where attention to detail and initiative make all the difference.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

High School Diploma or GEDAbility to work a 12-hour night shift on a 4 days on/4 days off rotating schedule (including holidays, weekends, & overtime)No experience required—just a desire to learn and grow with a forward-thinking companyAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAn eye for detail and color accuracy for product inspectionAbility to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting, kneeling, twisting, and reaching throughout a 12-hour shift

You'll Stand Out if You Have:

Strong mechanical aptitude or hands-on skillsManufacturing, Production, Packaging, Machine Operator, or Restaurant experience is a plus!
