About The Role
As an Entry Level Maintenance Technician, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities is crucial. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth.
Shift Details: Enjoy work-life balance with our Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm CT
Compensation: This role has a budgeted range of $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
What You’ll Do
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on various equipment and systemsDiagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectivelyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiencyMaintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activitiesWhat You’ll Bring
Critical Qualifications:
Minimum of 0-1 years' experience in a facility role required; preferably in an office settingSome knowledge of voltage and AC/DC circuitry and troubleshootingSome knowledge of electrical schematicsSome knowledge of aligning bearings, shafts, and drivesSome knowledge of tension, belts, and chains.Physical Requirements:
Moderate physical activity, performing somewhat strenuous daily activities of a primarily administrative nature. Some exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including rain, sun, snow, and wind.Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers.Vision abilities include close, peripheral, depth, and color vision.Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
