About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 2–5 years of experience in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain. You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales operations, managing purchase orders, and ensuring smooth customer interactions.
Must-Haves:
Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience
OR
5–7 years of experience in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain
What You’ll Do
Process and manage customer purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency
Present and sell company products to current and potential customers
Establish new customer accounts and maintain customer profiles
Prepare and send quotes, maintain organized files
Provide product drawings and media to assist customers
Develop and maintain product knowledge
Generate pricing using internal tools
Enter new product part numbers, pricing, and delivery details
Exercise independent judgment on matters of significance
What We’re Looking For:
Purchase order experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Note: This is a junior-level position with advancement potential.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
