 What You will Do:

 

Conduct advanced FEA simulations on various mechanical components and systems

Build, develop, validate, and implement simulation models and algorithmsAnalyze and interpret simulation results to support design decisions and identify areas for improvementPost-process results to determine if products meet customer requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that simulations accurately reflect product behaviorMentor and guide junior FEA engineers, as neededKeep up-to-date with latest industry developments and emerging simulation technologies

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field

0-3 years of experience in conducting FEA simulationsStrong understanding of solid mechanics and finite element analysisProficiency in using simulation software such as ANSYS, and Siemens Ability to interpret and present simulation results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersGood problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilities

Pay Range: (Enter Low to maximum high amount). If this is posted in multiple locations enter low salary/hourly rate of lower cost of living location to highest range of higher cost of living location.

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

Option 1: We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position is located in Indianapols/IN and is considered hybrid with some days potentially required on-site.

You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.  

 

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 0% of travel is required.

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
