Entry Level Document Control Professional

We are looking for an eager and curious entry level Document Control Professional to join our Life Sciences team in Indianapolis, IN. As a key member of our Life Sciences program support team, you’ll be coordinating and administering configuration management activities relative to identification, control, and accounting for specification and change documents directly related to the assigned project.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain document control systems and databases
· Process document change requests and ensure proper approvals are obtained
· Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures
· Perform document reviews for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
· Track document revisions and maintain version control
· Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure document accessibility and security
· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for document management processes

· Bachelor's degree in information management or related field
· 0-2 years of Document Control experience (previous internships or work experience)
· Experience with MS Office, and SharePoint
· Strong communication skills and understanding of technical terminology
· Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, set goals, and develop systems for achieving those goals

Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:
· Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues
· Familiarity with engineering, architectural, and construction documents (i.e., maps, drawings, technical specifications, etc.) experience is preferred
· Experience with ProCore or other Construction Management software
