Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking an Entry-Level Assembly team member to join their dynamic workforce. As an Entry-Level Assembly worker, you will be part of a collaborative team supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented mindset, reliability, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully with our supportive work environment.

Job Title: Entry-Level Assembly

Location: Bristol, IN

Pay Range:  1st Shift: $16.65/hr | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
                      2nd Shift: $18.15/hr | 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM (Mon–Fri)

                      No mandatory overtime

What's the Job?

Place bottles on the production line Apply caps to bottles Inspect labels and verify lot numbers Pack bottles into boxes Perform general cleaning and sanitation during downtime.

What's Needed?

Detail-oriented mindset No experience needed full training provided Strong attendance and punctuality are essential Good communication and a positive attitude are important Ability to stand throughout your shift and lift boxes as needed
