Entry Level Analyst (Hybrid)
Job Title: Securities Administration Services Analyst 2

Job Description

This role involves extracting bond and loan calculations from extensive legal documents and uploading them into a database similar to Access. The position entails managing large loan portfolios, some exceeding $1 billion, and involves transactions management, daily cash balancing, and monthly and quarterly cash position reporting for both loan holders and investors.

ResponsibilitiesExtract bond and loan calculations from large legal documents.Upload extracted data into an Access-like database.Manage large loan portfolios, including transactions and daily cash balancing.Report on monthly and quarterly cash positions for loan holders and investors.Ensure data accuracy by pulling client information from documents.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of experience in financial service, accounting, or analytical analysis, or a BS/BA degree or higher in Math, Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, sorting, formulas, and functions.Additional Skills & QualificationsBasic proficiency in Access is a plus.Experience in an analytical role or at a bank is advantageous.Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or Statistics.Work Environment

The role offers a hybrid work schedule with initial training in the office. You will work within a department of approximately 40 people and be paired on deals with Senior Analysts and Account Managers for support. The opportunity for growth within the team is significant, and successful candidates have the potential to advance to higher analyst levels.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
