Description We are looking for an entry level Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Glen Allen, Virginia. In this contract-to-permanent role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring data accuracy, managing client deliverables, and fostering collaboration across departments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced retail industry environment while leveraging your organizational and analytical skills. Responsibilities: • Assess the quality of data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the accuracy of data deliveries. • Safeguard the integrity of client data to ensure deliverables meet required standards. • Perform thorough quality checks and statistical analyses on data before it is shared with clients. • Develop schedules for data collection that align with client requirements, including selecting optimal collection sites and methods. • Verify and approve invoices to ensure billing accuracy for completed projects. • Coordinate with the Field Operations team to implement processes for onboarding new client requests successfully. • Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows. • Handle client-initiated ad hoc data inquiries and assignments. • Cultivate collaboration between Field Operations and Sales teams to enhance the value of solutions provided to clients. • Take on additional duties as necessary to support business objectives. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles that require customer service and data management. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files and timelines effectively. • Experience with data entry and conducting detailed quality checks. • Ability to perform shipping functions and scanning tasks efficiently. • Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams. • Analytical mindset with the capability to conduct statistical analyses and provide actionable insights.
