The individual will be responsible for strategic vision, planning, governance, policy adherence, plus stakeholder collaboration and communication for cloud native identity directories. **What You Will Do:** + Interact with EIS and Cyber Architecture teams and present and obtain ARB approval for changes + Interact with Business Unit Stakeholders and set long term roadmap and vision for services + Management of lifecycle, evaluation of alternatives + Maintain service roadmap and service architecture documentation and service concept of operations document + Direct Directory Management Ops, Dev, and Application Enablement teams on support of services + Oversee and approve all related process, KB, and other documents + Service Health and Performance + Security and Risk Management of Service + Governance and Policy Adherence + Define how service meets all applicable policies and controls + Ensure controls are followed + Obtain and maintain service Authorization to Operate (ATO/SAP) + Participate in financial estimations and reporting **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience + 10 years of Identity and Access Management experience + 10 years of business systems analysis experience, design experience, or a combination of both + 10 years of information technology experience + 10 years with IT security with emphasis on hybrid on-premises/cloud technology stacks **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Experience in executive presentation and interaction + Strong knowledge of Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) and its features. + Experience with IAM technologies and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP. + Proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure. + Good understanding of Identity and Access Management principles. + Excellent communication skills, verbal and written and presentation skills required. + Team player with proven collaboration, critical thinking and problem-solving skills + Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio required. + Ability to prioritize work without management direction, and provide clear and documented status updates/metrics to management. + Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts, capabilities or tools based on the needs. + Ability to troubleshoot complex problems with minimal guidance. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. + Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically. **Work Location** This is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance from Farmington, CT Relocation Eligible: Yes **What We Offer: Whether you’re just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
