Associate Cinema Manager | MAF Entertainment | Cinemas

ROLE SUMMARY
To provide the leadership and operational direction to the cinema team and ensure customer service standards are delivered while monitoring business costs.

ROLE PROFILE

Support Majid Al Futtaim’s business expansion and growth across the region.Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with the industry and industry representatives, municipality and government offices.Lead the cinema management teams to make sure that they follow the values, mission and vision, and consistently display integrity.Develop, empower and motivate the team to meet their KPIs.Lead the cinema teams to deliver a quality, cost-effective service to customers.Pro-actively manage potential risk and report as required.Support training and development plans for team members and self.

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate in any discipline is preferred.A minimum of 5+ years relevant, demonstrated experience and proven track record in Cinema, Food and Beverages or Leisure and Entertainment industry.Strong communication skills in English.Strong customer understanding.Financial reporting skills.Team management experience.
