The enhanced objectives include: + Transition to Managed Services: Shift to a contractor-provided Managed Services model with clearly defined SLAs to optimize service delivery. + ITSM Modernization: Implement ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018-compliant processes and utilize FedRAMP-certified tools for IT service management. + Security Optimization: Mitigate security risks through enhanced compliance with NIST standards. + Enhanced User Experience: Improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction for all stakeholders, including bureaus, offices, and taxpayers. + Standardization: Align processes with ITIL and Agile frameworks to streamline workflows and ensure continuous service improvement.
