**The Opportunity:**
Join CACI Federal Inc. as an Enterprise Technology Integration Lead (ETIL) and become a vital part of our Enterprise Product Support (EPS) team for AF DCGS. In this role, you will lead and manage integration activities, ensure seamless integration of AF-DCGS capabilities into existing systems, and develop and implement integration strategies and plans. **Responsibilities:**
+ **Integration Leadership:**
+ Lead and manage integration activities between development and operations teams.
+ Ensure seamless integration of AF-DCGS capabilities into existing systems.
+ Develop and implement integration strategies and plans.
+ **Technical Expertise:**
+ Provide deep knowledge and expertise in AF-DCGS capabilities and technology.
+ Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to AF-DCGS.
+ Serve as a technical advisor for integration-related issues.
+ **Resource Management:**
+ Supervise and manage a team of integration specialists and engineers.
+ Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and objectives.
+ Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
+ **Collaboration and Communication:**
+ Foster collaboration between development, operations, and other stakeholders.
+ Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to align teams and resolve integration challenges.
+ Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
+ **Documentation and Reporting:**
+ Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, procedures, and outcomes.
+ Prepare and present reports on integration activities, progress, and results to senior management.
+ **In-Depth Responsibilities:**
+ Provide technical planning services to support integrated sustainment of the AF DCGS Enterprise.
+ Conduct iterative analyses focused on the proactive sustainment of the AF DCGS.
+ Analyze policy and guidance changes identified by the government.
+ Review and validate SLA/KPP to determine opportunities and trends impacting AF DCGS baseline.
+ Provide recommendations to the PMO CM on technology-driven policy implementation and process improvements.
+ Provide direct oversight and guidance to AF DCGS Site Configuration/Data Managers and Site Liaisons.
+ Analyze steady-state system health and sustainability.
+ Monitor and identify system obsolescence and recommend resolution actions.
+ Apply process, integration, solution fielding, training, and sustainment knowledge in development of AF DCGS Strategic Plans.
+ Use holistic knowledge of AF DCGS Life Cycle to provide executable recommendations to improve workflow and shift-left critical software and hardware integration.
**Qualifications:**
_Required:_
+ Active TS/SCI security clearance.
+ (MA/MS) or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of related work experience.
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology integration, with a focus on AF-DCGS or similar defense systems.
+ Proven experience in a leadership or management role.

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$114,600-$252,100
