As an Enterprise Technical Lead, you will architect and drive the creation of impactful software solutions that are deployed directly to our customers to ensure their mission success. You will serve as the primary technical leader, engaging with key senior level stakeholders to understand their needs and articulate a clear technical vision. Your expertise will shape the future of technology, contributing to government RFIs, RFPs, Statements of Work, and white papers, ensuring a cohesive technical strategy. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, coordinating across engineering teams to guarantee timely and high-quality outcomes. Innovate with cutting-edge technology to empower users to extract meaningful value from extensive data holdings, including large-scale text, multimedia, and geospatial datasets spanning over 46 languages. Your role will involve writing code that enhances functionality, improves performance, and scales capabilities to serve more customers and a wider range of applications.
ResponsibilitiesArchitect and drive impactful software solutions directly to customers.Serve as the primary technical leader, engaging with senior level stakeholders.Contribute expertise to government RFIs, RFPs, Statements of Work, and technical strategy.Oversee end-to-end delivery of technical projects, coordinating across engineering teams.Innovate with cutting-edge technology for meaningful data extraction.Write code to enhance functionality, performance, and scalability.Collaborate with experts to plan, develop, and deploy sophisticated software features.Engage directly with mission owners and deliver capabilities firsthand.Essential Skills5+ years of progressive experience in Full Stack Development.Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., Postgres).Experience with caching technologies (e.g., Redis) and object stores (e.g., S3).Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React).Experience in developing secure software solutions compliant with Department of Defense RMF.Ability to integrate with government IT ecosystems, including data platforms and IdAM providers.Proven collaboration with government IT and program offices to define technical requirements.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in deploying secure software solutions.Track record of effective collaboration with government IT and program offices.Experience engaging directly with end users for feedback and testing.Work Environment
This role involves working with innovative technology and collaborating with a diverse team of experts in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment. The position requires travel up to 30% to engage directly with mission owners and deliver capabilities firsthand. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
What we offer
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $215,000 + equity + 401K match. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, relevant education, and/or training.
