We are on the lookout for a talented individual to strengthen our Barcelona-based Named Account Renewals team.
As a Named Accounts Inside Sales Renewal Representative you will navigate through complex situations, improve subscription and cloud renewals within Autodesk’s largest customer accounts.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager Named Account Renewals, you will operate in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee all renewal processes in designated accounts, including discovery, quoting, processing, and deploymentDocument all customer interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.comSubmit weekly forecasts to leadership and maintain consistent forecast accuracyEstablish relationships with customers (IT, procurement, etc.), resellers through regular outbound calls and meetingsCollaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to build a shared strategyAdapt to changes, comprehend customer requirements, and recommend suitable subscription solutions (co-terming, multi-years, etc.)Drive subscriptions revenue growth by upselling and cross sellingSupport Named Accounts customers transitioning successfully to Autodesk’s New Buying ExperienceProvide insights from customer calls during weekly and quarterly account planning sessions with Autodesk’s Named Account ExecutivesUnderstand complex ideas to promote strategic initiatives and encourage the use of the consumption modelFoster cooperative relationships within sales and sales support and Autodesk resellers to enhance the customer experienceMinimum Qualifications
3+ years of success in a sales, renewal sales, or sales support roleStrong work ethic and global perspectiveProficient computer skills including, Excel, MS Word, and PowerPointbusiness fluency in French and EnglishExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrior experience in SaaS, Renewals, or Customer SuccessThe Ideal Candidate
