The Enterprise Strategy & Planning Manager reports to the Director of Enterprise Strategic Planning and is responsible for supporting enterprise-wide strategy development and execution. This role plays a critical part in aligning strategic priorities with financial planning, capital management, and risk governance. It also helps drive key enterprise strategic initiatives developing and managing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely execution. Will work closely with business units to ensure strategies are actionable, measurable, and aligned—both vertically with enterprise goals and horizontally across the organization. In addition, the role is responsible for creating clear, data-driven reports and executive-level presentations that track progress and support strategic decision-making. Job Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with facilitating strategic planning cycles, including annual planning, multi-year roadmaps, and executive strategy sessions.Lead the development, coordination, and execution of enterprise strategies that align with financial goals, capital planning, and long-term business objectives.Ensure strategic alignment between enterprise plans and business unit strategies, while facilitating horizontal coordination across business lines.Collaborate with business units to define and execute strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience and drive measurable impact.Develop executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports to track progress while leading and supporting and maintaining business policies, processes and procedures.Partner with Finance and Risk teams to ensure capital management and risk governance frameworks are integrated with strategic planning efforts. Identify and track key customer experience metrics; socialize insights across the organization to prompt action and continuous improvement.Conduct market, competitive, and internal performance analysis to inform strategic decision-making.Uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions.Analyzes and resolves problems.ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Required Qualifications:
Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in business, finance or related field.Minimum experience required: 6+ Years in banking or finance, including substantial work in Strategic Planning and project and/or program management.Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical, communication and facilitation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Education level preferred: Master's Degree (or Postgraduate equivalent) in business, finance, or related.Project Management Professional (PMP) or agile certification preferred.Experience with strategic frameworks (e.g. OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, Customer Journey Mapping).Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).Strong understanding of change management and organizational alignment practices.Job Competencies:
