Enterprise Strategic Growth and Acceleration Leader (Remote-Based, USA)
This senior-level role is critical in driving the success of Philips' largest enterprise accounts by supporting our Enterprise sellers early in the sales process with account strategy, cross-selling, opportunity development, and the evolution to a true enterprise account organization. **Your role:** + Partner closely with Enterprise sellers and to coach, refine, and execute customer-led enterprise strategies aligned to health system priorities, capabilities and measurable KPIs to establish enduring partnerships + Provide executive-level coaching and sales strategy support to Enterprise sellers and ensure all engagements, including C-Suite interactions and Client Value Reviews, are grounded in customer priorities and enterprise-level outcomes. + Leverage a customer-facing value proposition framework and guide the use of strategic inquiry techniques which capture critical customer insights. ​ + Coach to and guide Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) collaboration strategies to accelerate broader enterprise partnership goals, ensuring strategic leverage of GPOs as mobilizers for system-wide value realization and deeper customer partnership engagement. + Drive momentum at critical deal stages and accelerate strategic account growth to foster sustained partnerships. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 15+ years of experience in strategic account management, national accounts leadership, enterprise sales, or strategic growth consulting within healthcare. + Your skills include exemplary leadership acumen to coach and guide enterprise sellers’ ability to influence C-Suite and executive-level decision makers to align Philips' offerings with evolving customer needs across the healthcare landscape + You have a Bachelors Degree (Master’s preferred) + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. + You have a clinical background (e.g., Nursing, Healthcare Administration) is highly valued as it can accelerate peer-to-peer credibility with healthcare executives and provide critical insights into operational dynamics at the ground level, enriching strategic discussions. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $276,500 to $308,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
