Overview This role is positioned as a PepsiCo B2B EDI Integration Developer for the e-Commerce Gateway function (ECG) within the B2B ECG Integration DevSecOps team. In this capacity, this role has technical/functional design and customer relationship responsibilities for multi-year investment programs including PBNA PGT and FLNA PGT, from both development and production support perspective. Responsibilities Managing projects for 1 – 2 Pepsi business units. Working with trading partners and internal teams to Design and Deliver EDI projects, 2nd level support for production issues/resolution Responsible for project delivery from requirements analysis through design and delivery Knowledge of EDI transactions pertaining to key business processes is required, and preferred knowledge of Pepsico business specifics is desired. Translating key technical issues / concerns into appropriate dialog with customers and management Well adapted and ability to adhere to software life-cycle methodologies Interaction with IBM Sterling Integration and PepsiCo specific EDI system components Manage our team's customer expectations and concerns Qualifications Technical Skills 6+ years of experience Technical knowledge of XML, EDI, and protocol standards 3+ years experience with EDI (ANSI X12 and UCS) 3+ years experience with IBM Sterling Integrator preferred 2+ Years experience with Java 2+ years experience with common B2B communication methods: AS2, FTP, SFTP, FTPs, VAN 2+ years experience with PGP encryption Non-Technical Skills - * Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must * Self-motivation * Collaboration, partnering and facilitation skills * Attention to detail and quality * Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently to achieve objectives * Strong trouble shooting skills * Excellent project management skills * Customer Service Focus Differentiating Competencies - • Be creative and ability to operate in a start-up mindset. • Willingness to learn. • This role needs to be able to be self-directed with a minimum of guidance during most activities and responsibilities. • This role needs to take ownership of the infrastructure,technologies, and incidents to be agile in delivering requests, restoring service, and resolving problems.Confidently presenting new ideas, techniques, and technologies to management is a critical skill. • Cross-functional collaboration will ultimately define the success of this role
