Evaluate and implement SAP projects as well as raise risks and manage changes for LATAM users (+16,000 users), activities including SOD risk analysis in partnership with Controls Organization, functional team and support SAP technical teams , ensure risks remediation plans implementation, validation of new transactions with business, gather evidences and ensure that processes, solution recommendations during the implementation and release are followed by Security team. The ES Associate Manager is also a guide and coach for the project SAP security team to ensure best practices, create new innovations, automate processes and have communication with different team leaders, follow budget and manage people to assign projects. Your Impact As Enterprise Solutions Assoc Manager your scope would consist of: Deliver Growth Consolidate and support LATAM implementations regarding SAP Security best practices Point Person for LATAM SAP implementations with the leaders, functional team and business unit. Create efficiency Minimize SoD critical risk during implementations and guide during each phase to achieve the SAP security governance and controls Work closely with controls team (IT, configurable and internal control) and continue supporting the best practices Communicate with governance team in order to implement local and global best practices. Drive Future Success Support audit requirements for LATAM SAP implementations and validate evidence according the requirements of he business and best practices. Coordinate SAP Security implementations during the life cycle. Leadership Team Accountability Point person of the SAP Security implementations. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Experience At least 8 year SAP Security experience Business processes knowledge. Compliance. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards GRC and SoX, ECC, CRM, BW, HCM, Portal and PO knowledge and support required. HANA ECC and BI security required. Experience in ASAP, PLM and agile methodology (SAP, non SAP) Highly analytical, motivated and self confident for communication with users, managers and directors. Able to solve complex situations (as critical incidents in operation) and communicate clear and opportunely. Strong collaboration/matrix management Vulnerability Management. Managing SAP Security vulnerabilities and ensure timely patching and remediation. Conducting security assessments English verbal and written communication skills required Negotiation skills.
