Enterprise Security Consultant
**CTG is seeking to fill an Enterprise Security Consultant opening for our client in Jersey City, NJ.** **Location:** Jersey City, NJ **Duration:** 12 months **Duties:** + Translate security requirements into robust security architecture that safeguards the client’s mission and business processes across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. + Oversee the design, integration, and implementation of enterprise-wide cybersecurity solutions. + Ensure alignment of security measures with industry best practices and organizational objectives. + Provide expertise across multiple security domains, including network, application, data, identity management, and threat management. + Lead risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security architecture reviews. + Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure security is embedded into infrastructure, applications, and business processes. + Maintain compliance with relevant security standards, regulations, and governance frameworks. + Act as a subject matter expert, advising leadership on emerging threats, trends, and technologies. **Skills:** + Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and frameworks. + Expertise in IT security, cloud security, and risk assessment methodologies. + Proficiency in vulnerability assessment tools and practices. + Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO, GDPR, HIPAA). + Ability to design and communicate complex security solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. **Experience:** + 7+ years of progressive experience in information security and architecture roles. + Hands-on experience with enterprise security solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. + Demonstrated background in developing and implementing security architectures for large organizations. + Experience performing threat modeling, risk assessments, and vulnerability management. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s preferred). + Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or AWS/Azure Security certifications are highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $135,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
