This role is part of our Youth & Recreational Sports group, comprised of technology platforms such as SportsEngine (https://www.sportsengine.com/solutions) HQ, SportsEngine Motion (https://www.gomotionapp.com/solutions) , SportsEngine Play (https://www.sportsengine.com/play) and SportsEngine Tourney. NBC Sports Next is hiring an Enterprise Sales Representative who will be a key driver and resource in developing, managing, and executing its enterprise sales and sports vertical strategy for the core sports of baseball and softball. This professional will work cross-functionally with the account management, product development, safety, and marketing teams to manage, upsell, secure renewals, and create a high-level customer experience across their portfolio of enterprise accounts. This person will have an eye on revenue and driving best-in-class sales practices across their owned accounts to create value for our sport vertical partners.
Job Duties
+ Collaborate across business functions to develop, establish, and execute the company’s enterprise sales and sport vertical strategy.
+ Build and nurture strategic industry relationships to generate referrals, uncover opportunities, and consistently fuel a high-performing sales pipeline.
+ Provide consultative feedback and advice to help create the best possible experience for our customers and their entire organization
+ Liaise with the product development, safety, account management, and marketing teams to ideate and create strategic sales assets
+ Sponsor and support the sales team through the sales process with all opportunities valued >$30,000 in revenue.
+ Work directly with prospective customers in-person, via telephone, email, social, and online meetings to create demand and solve challenging customer problems in a consultative way
+ Build and accurately manage your sales pipeline, document activities in Salesforce, conduct regular pipeline reviews, develop creative advancement/engagement strategies, and translate product features to customer solutions
+ Follow-through on all commitments to customers creating a great experience, ensuring a successful internal transition throughout their implementation experience post-sale
+ Learn, gain advanced product and market knowledge to differentiate yourself and SportsEngine platforms as both a technical and business solution for our customers
+ Own your results. Unwavering personal daily effort standards so coaching focus centers around goals, sales skills & career growth

Basic Requirements
+ 4+ years of experience in SAAS Sales, and a track record as a leader, collaborator, and innovator.
+ Demonstrated experience in delivering value and superior customer service.
+ Strong knowledge of the sport landscape inclusive of trends unique to the USOPC and NGB’s, SafeSport and Risk Management, tier one sport revenue verticals.
+ Experience in developing account review plans and presentations.
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively.
+ Willingness to travel to engage prospects and partners.
+ Naturally curious, positive, and enthusiastic.
+ Empathetic, solutions oriented and a true passion to service customers.
+ A self-starter and problem solver, a team player.
Desired Characteristics
+ College degree or equivalent experience
+ Experience in a matrixed organization and collaborating across key cross-functional roles that can include Strategic Planning, Business Development, Content, Project, and Product Management.
+ Proficiency with Salesforce, or similar CRM experience, is a plus

+ Willingness to travel and work on weekends, sometimes with short notice
+ Fully Remote: This position has been designated as fully remote, meaning that the position is expected to contribute from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, most commonly an employee’s residence.

Current budget: $77,000 base and 67% Sales Incentive Comp target
