Kforce is working with a local Pittsburgh, PA based client in search of an Enterprise Sales Representative.
Summary:
The client is eeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Representative to join a dynamic sales team. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities within enterprise-level accounts, selling a suite of data quality and audience targeting solutions. The position requires a consultative sales approach, strong B2B/B2C sales experience, and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers. This role reports directly to the SVP of Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and grow the enterprise customer base
* Identify and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships
* Conduct needs analyses to understand client challenges and align solutions accordingly
* Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, marketing leaders, and IT professionals
* Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
* Lead negotiations and manage the contract process to close deals
* Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Product) to ensure smooth onboarding and support
* Use CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, 6Sense, Pardot, Zendesk) to manage pipeline and optimize sales processes
