Description Summary: The Risk Management Specialist - Senior is responsible for identifying, measuring, monitoring, and / or controlling aggregate enterprise risk in the context of Huntington's Risk Governance and Risk Appetite Framework. Works cross-functionally with business segments, segment risk, and independent risk management to fulfill responsibilities. Duties and Responsibilities: + Facilitates interaction between and among segments to align Risk Appetite with Strategy. + Supports project owners for on projects that will enhance the Company’s overall risk management and the associated culture. + Assists with overall risk assessment process, metric input / reporting and new product process. + Produces risk reporting + Prepares committee packets + Assists with presentations that will be used throughout the organization to elevate risk management priority. + Provides support for processes / procedures to streamline risk data aggregation and analysis. + Documents meeting minutes and action items from committee and challenge session meetings. + Works with segment risk teams and second line teams for action item resolution + Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree + 3 + years of related experience in Risk Management or Audit within a financial institution. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience with risk identification, control development, testing and/or validating corrective actions + Risk, auditing, or compliance experience + The ability to prioritize multiple assignments, and complete with a sense of urgency and within deadlines + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to work independently or as part of a team to resolve issues/problem solve + Strong attention to detail and analytical skills + Archer (ERMS) retrival and reporting skills + Microsoft Office experience #LI-Hybrid #LI-MK2 Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
