Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager - Enterprise Risk Management and Business resilience is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the organization's risk management framework.
This role involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact the organization's ability to achieve its objectives, as well as ensuring the business resilience of its assets, information, and reputation.

Strong understanding of enterprise risk management principles and practices. Knowledge of business resilience protocols and incident response. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms. Ability to perform cross-industry research to identify trends, emerging risks, and applicable benchmarks. Ability to communicate complex risk-related concepts to various audiences. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficient Microsoft Office Suite.
