JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a strategic and user-focused Product Owner to lead the vision, development, and continuous improvement of enterprise productivity and digital workplace solutions. This role will drive user enablement initiatives by aligning business needs with modern collaboration tools, support platforms, and digital workplace technologies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of business acumen, technical understanding, and a passion for delivering scalable, user-centric solutions that enhance productivity, streamline support, and improve the overall employee experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Vision & Strategy

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.

Translate business needs into clear product goals and deliverables.

Backlog Management

Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.

Develop clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.

Agile Development

Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team.

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Ensure the development team has a clear understanding of backlog items and priorities.

Stakeholder Engagement

Gather and analyze feedback from users, customers, and internal teams to inform product decisions.

Provide regular updates on product progress and changes to stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

Leverage data-driven insights to iterate and enhance product performance.

Support Management

Collaborate with support teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and root cause resolution.

Analyze support data to identify trends and inform product enhancements.

Governance

Ensure all product features and processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.

Establish governance frameworks for data usage, access control, and auditability across team-managed applications.

License Management & Governance

Maintain an accurate inventory of all software assets and licenses managed by the team.

Ensure compliance with licensing terms and prepare for vendor audits.

Monitor license usage to optimize costs and generate reports on usage and savings.


QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

COMPENSATIONPay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $88,235 - $136,765.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
