Enterprise Platform & Process Specialist – Image Guided Therapy Devices (San Diego CA, Plymouth MN, Colorado Springs CO)
As an Enterprise Platform & Process Specialist with the Image Guided Therapy Devices team you will lead the optimization and management of compliance and sales enablement platforms and workflows to ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional user experience across diverse stakeholder groups. **Your role:** + You will have a direct impact on the efficiency and compliance of marketing operations and content by managing key platforms such as: Veeva PromoMats and Seismic Sales Enablement, ensuring materials are current, approved, and accessible by end-users. + You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Medical Education, Sales, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical teams, to drive process excellence, train users, and improve platform engagement. + This role offers opportunities to develop expertise in platform administration, process optimization, and stakeholder management while contributing to strategic decisions and innovative solutions. **You're the right fit if:** + 5+ years’ experience in platform & process management, compliance & document control, marketing operations or related roles, ideally with Veeva PromoMats, Seismic Sales Enablement, or similar tools; experience with information systems related to platform/program manager in IT + You bring strong technical, process optimization, and stakeholder management skills with a track record of driving compliance and efficiency. + You hold a bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position . + You are detail-oriented, organized, and an effective communicator with a collaborative mindset. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. (https://www.careers.philips.com/na/en/our-culture-philips-careers) **Philips Transparency Details** The pay range for this position in Colorado Springs CO and Plymouth MN is $114,000 to $133,000 The pay range for this position in San Diego CA is $128,000 to $149,000 The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
